I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. The bathroom was well laid out and had a good shower. The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the beautiful Mar Menor. The hotel's decor was stylish and modern. Additionally, the location was conveniently close to a restaurant where we had dinner booked for, making it easy for us to enjoy a delicious meal.
All was perfect.

very good breakfast, nice sitting on the balcony
Bad position, there is nothing around. Difficult to find a hotel. A great noise from the corridor, from adjacent rooms but also outside, next to the hotel is a disco. Internet is paid, is 10Euro for 24 hours, it is incredibly slow - big problem to arrange anything. Lighting on the balcony can not be turned off, at night light attracts insects and interferes with sleep. Double bed has a common blanket (one wide blanket for two persons).

Decor in all indoor areas was strikingly good. The pool area was fantastic, with shaded sunbeds along with the usual relaxers. The chill bar on the top floor was amazing!
The location was a little more remote than expected ... the Manga is actually 19km long that you are supposed to drive at 50kmh ! the only ( massive!) whinge about the hotel is that alot of the buffet breakfast ( included ) was almost inedible for myself & my wife ... cereals 'value own brand' bacon fatty , sausages horrid , fruit juice machine empty of most powders ... made obvious by watery glasses abandoned nearby ... but not rectified by staff who were equally inattentive regarding clearing plates away. Even the yogurts were cheap + nasty! Overall hotel would have been 9.5/10 if we had eaten elsewhere !!!

Good quality food at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner.
Difficult to find the hotel for first-time visitors.

Excellent facilities including a great swimming pool. Walking distance from the beach (100-200m) even though not the best beach in La Manga. Excellent breakfast and swimming pool surroundings.
No free internet (not even in the lobby) and the paid one was very slow. Not much to do on the Hotel surroundings (besides beach), need to use car to get to a more lively zone of La Manga.

Great room for what we needed. Modern, well designed and brand new. Still some snagging on finishing touches to be done but the place is so new they were only hanging the sign on the door when we arrived so we can forgive that. Lovely hotel with a nice contemporary design but the breakfast definately not 4* standard.

Close to restaurant; Good shower During my business trip, the hotel was conveniently located close to the restaurant where I had dinner reservations. the shower in the room had good water pressure, making it a nice way to unwind after a long day. Another advantage was the availability of free parking for my rental car, which saved me some money.
Poor cleanliness; Expensive extras Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness.

Nice food, nice bed, nice pool and sunning area.
The music (one song) was on repeat for hours. Some teething problems with their computer system and the pricing of product offerings.

the rooms were very quiet you couldn't hear a sound outside which meant a perfect nights' sleep and they were absolutely beautiful.
Nothing it was perfect

The hotel is very comfortable with a lovely pool and a nice bar/terrace overlooking the pool. we were charged for a sea view , which seemed unnecessary since the hotel had very few guests. Great breakfast....shame about the coffee. Why do hotels have such awful coffee?
The coffee!

I enjoyed use of the spa. The breakfast at the hotel was good.
The decor of the hotel all black inside the rooms and corridors from floor to ceiling. The drinks are very over priced.

The room was large huge comfortable bed, bathroom well laid out, good shower. View from the balcony was great looking out over Mar Menor. Decor in hotel very stylish.
The food!! Dinner buffet was very poor not much choice some salad items for starters and prossesed cheese slices, main courses again not much choice. Breakfast only 1 cereal (coco pops) some ham and again prossesed cheese, hot was a little better with scrambled eggs, bacon saus. Our room was on the 9th floor great we thought high up enough to be away from any noises WRONG!!! there is a bar on the tenth floor and untill about 3.30 in the morning all we could hear was the music, high heeled footsteps and the moving of chairs and tables, this hotel seriously lacks soundproofing, noise in the corridor from people doors banging also a problem. The houskeepers need to spend a little more time on the finer details the huge glass doors to the balcony were covered in previous occupants hand and finger prints not a nice sight. We would not stay here again!!
